Research is conducted on a variety of problems to address the needs of a wide range of current and future digital media applications. Momentum has generated several US and EU patents as a result of these research activities.

There is also a substantial in-house expertise in the general areas of digital signal, image and video processing.   

Momentum is founded in 1998 with a mission to develop digital media technologies and to utilize these technologies in order to create novel solutions/products in the digital entertainment, communications, and education fields worldwide.   

Various projects are pursued to utilize Momentum technologies in a number of original entertainment, communications, and educational products. Some of these projects are supported by the European and Turkish research organizations.
